75X Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
75X is made by Rae Legacy LLC. By downloading or using 75X, you agree to these terms. We've kept them in plain language on purpose — but they are still binding, so please read them.
What 75X does
75X is a 75-day fitness challenge. Each day you work toward four pillars — a workout, a water goal, a step goal, and eating clean — and the app tracks your progress. During workouts, your iPhone's camera can count your reps using on-device motion tracking. Your workouts and progress stay yours: there are no accounts and no servers of ours. What the app does send off-device — anonymous analytics, App Store purchase receipts, and a private backup through your own iCloud — is described in our privacy policy.
Health & safety first
75X provides general fitness content. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the guidance of a physician or other qualified health provider. Talk to your doctor before beginning this or any exercise program — especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury, or managing any condition that affects your ability to exercise.
You are responsible for exercising safely: warm up, work within your limits, keep your workout space clear, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, or shortness of breath. The camera-based rep counting is a training aid that counts movement — it does not evaluate whether an exercise is safe or appropriate for you, and it cannot detect injury risk. By using 75X you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety while training.
Permissions
Parts of 75X ask for iOS permissions: the camera (to count reps during verified workouts), Apple Health (to read your steps), location (to map runs you choose to record), and notifications (reminders). Each is optional, used only for its stated purpose, and can be revoked anytime in the iPhone Settings app — the details are in our privacy policy.
Purchases
75X Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly, or yearly. Billing is handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account under Apple's payment terms, and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We never see your payment details.
Don't do this
Please don't:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its rep-verification;
- use 75X for anything illegal;
- resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the app or content you export from it.
No guarantees
We work hard on 75X, but it's provided “as is.” It may have bugs, the camera may occasionally miscount, and no app can guarantee fitness results — those come from you showing up. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind.
If something goes wrong
To the extent permitted by law, Rae Legacy LLC's total liability to you for any claim related to 75X is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury arising from your decision to exercise — see the health & safety section above.
We might update these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be called out in the app. Using 75X after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can stop using 75X anytime — deleting the app deletes your data with it. We may stop providing the app or its updates if these terms are violated or the product is discontinued.
Legal stuff
These terms are governed by Florida law. If there's ever a legal dispute, that's where it gets handled. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Apple is not a party to these terms, but as an App Store app, 75X is also subject to Apple's standard licensing rules, and Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.
